· Ridership

Average weekday ridership for the month of April 2026 is 130,701, up by 2% from the previous year. Fiscal year-to-date ridership is 34,905,639, an increase of 1.2% from the previous year.

· On-Time Performance

System-wide on-time performance is 70.1% for the month of April 2026. Out of a total of 115 routes, 35 routes achieved an on-time performance of over 80%, and no route had on-time performance below 50%.

The DTS and OTS Service Review Committee reviews service levels, including monthly on-time performance.

· Fiscal Efficiency

The fiscal efficiency numbers for the month of April are high due to contract increases that were paid out during the month. The year-to-date figures provide a more accurate representation of the data in this category.

· Safety and Security

The number of miles between major collisions for April was 440,125 miles.

· Maintenance

The miles between mechanical road calls averaged 10,670 miles for the month.

· Service Modifications

A summary of the service modifications that were implemented with the March sign-up and will remain in effect until the May sign-up.

- U Line, reduce headway from 60 minutes to 40 minutes.

- Route 7, extend the last three eastbound trips to end at Kona Iki Street.

- Route 40, extend service hours to UH West O’ahu until 12:00 a.m.

- Routes 40 and 51, provide service to the airport after 10:30 p.m.

- Routes 42, W1, W2, and W3, restore service on Kalia Road.
